For the first interview, they like to cold call you and expect you to spend 30minutes on the phone regardless of what you’re doing. Additionally, I had four total interviews.

Are you willing to work irregular hours?
If you’re approaching a hospital, would you start on the top floor or bottom floor?
3 rounds of interviews and if they are seeking to onboard you they will request a list of references. The first interview is to present you with the job description and see if you meet those minimum requirements. The second one is with a lead organizer who will ask more in depth questions regarding your experiences. This interview may include scenario questions. The final found will be with the two of the national directors where the emphasis is on your commitment to the labor movement. It is very important to the org you understand and believe in the broader labor movement and are onboard for the mission/goals of the org.
