They only wanted to do a phone interview and I didn’t get the job. Seems like they don’t even want to take the time to do a proper interview. Interview should be done in person.

One online and the other clinical . The managers were direct and to the point, no personality questions and very understanding of the industry. The clinical interview was a mock setup with quizzes about modalities and parameters.

Interview
There is a three phase interview process. First an email is sent out asking for your available times for a video interview. The first video call is with HR. Next, is video call with a Regional Manager. Finally, there is an interview with an Executive Panel of 5 people.

Question 1
HR questions: Tell me about yourself? How did you hear about the fellowship?
Regional Manager: Tell me about yourself? What do you know about IONM? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? How do you handle stressful situations?
Executive panel: Tell use about yourself? Do you know what is the meaning of the IONM modalities you mentioned? Can you name the parts of body or name of some regions of the body? Do you know the founders name? What can you tell us about our company? Are you willing to relocate? What cities or places do you not want to work in? Can you handle working/shadowing long cases and go home and study the coursework for the next day...How are you able to handle that? Can you give me the names of the other companies you applied to that offered training or a fellowship? If we decided to not to pick you can you give us a pitch right now to make us change our minds?
