Group interview with about 20 applicants. Everyone introduced themselves and then was given an overview of the role. It didn’t seem very productive. Way too many people on the call for your to possibly get a feel for a good candidate.
I applied online. I interviewed at National Louis University (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process at NLU was a complete waste of time. They made me go to 4 interviews and gave me excellent feedback on the presentation they requested me to present and then did not offer the position.

Interview
Applied online. I was contacted a week later by HR to set up an interview. A few days after setting up the interview HR messaged me again to say that the salary range they had posted for the position was inaccurate; they then gave me the correct range which was much lower than the one posted.
The interview was on Zoom, the only people on the invite were myself and the HR rep, when I logged on there were 5 other people. I thought it was going to be a quick HR phone screen but it turned into an hour long panel interview.
Got an email a few weeks later saying I didn't get the position. The process itself was pretty unprofessional.
