On behalf of National Lift Truck, Inc. we want to extend our sincerest apology for the negative experience you had when interviewing with one of our managers, for our Sales Administrator position. We understand your frustration with the way the interview process was handled, specifically the manner in which our manager conducted himself and the questions, and remarks he made during that interview. We would like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Even though the experience has not been pleasant for you, you have helped us in identifying an issue that we take very seriously. We have spoken with this employee and discussed the proper way to conduct an interview to ensure that this will not happen again.
