questions about background, experience, how certain situations would be handled, then 5 mins to explain any topic of your choice, they seem to want people with a lot of experience, eg people with teaching experience or with already completed established degrees

The recruitment process consists of two steps conducted online via Zoom, where you must present two lessons. Only one recruitment manager was present throughout the session to assess your performance and presentation skills.
