Interview
The hiring process for campus recruitment consisted of resume shortlisting followed by an I.Q test.
Shortlisted candidates were sent for a Group Discussion on some general issue.
The next day we had a technical presentation were we had to market our project to the panel.
That was followed by rounds of personal interviews with the final round at Bangalore.
The process ended with the selection of 4 to 6 candidates throughout India.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, then a video chat with hiring manager. Afterwards, 1:1 video interviews with various team members, and finally a video panel interview w/technical presentation to the same people with whom the 1:1 interviews were conducted. However, no response from the recruiter for weeks after the panel interview. Unprofessional
