Interview
I had a phone screening that was a little more in depth than a typical phone screen with HR. Then I took a cognitive ability and basic math test. Then finished with a final interview with who would become my boss
First had a phone interview (15 mins) with HR representative. Then, took Wonderlic and financial math test (online). Final step was a virtual interview with two pairs of employees from the underwriting department.

Interview
The process was fairly easy and simple. I had 2 interview with 2 different groups of people. I heard back from them in less than a month from when I applied. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
