You will be interviewed by the branch manager and a department supervisor. They will begin by asking you about yourself, who you are as a person. Then you will be asked about your field of study if you are still enrolled in school. After this they will ask you some basic questions about the organization and how much you know about what they do. After this you will be allowed to tell them the department you prefer to work in but you will be placed based on you skills and academic background. What they see as the best fit.
