One sided, prerecorded questions that you answer in a video rather than by talking to a live person. All communication following the application were automated and the interview felt off-putting since there was no interaction with a real person.

Explain a time where you and coworkers/classmates had to find a unique solution to a problem
Online, 5 questions and including having to describe a time you had to adapt your plans, a time you achieved something u were proud of, a time you had to work collaboratively
Asked several questions that were challenging to answer. Others didn't seem to relate to engineering at all. Also required you to play games to test your IQ. Didint really allow to properly showcase skills or projects.

Difficult challenge you had to overcome and how you overcame that challenge
It was a video interview, it was ok, kind of awkward because on camera, but it was fin, other than that part of the interview. I also was not used to video interviews as well so that played a factor.
