The interview itself was straightforward, and the questions were relatively easy to answer. However, the overall process felt somewhat disorganised. The role I applied for was advertised and confirmed as a Recruitment Consultant position, but during the interview I was told it was for a Recruitment Coordinator role. Partway through the discussion, the interviewer also mentioned that they managed a visa team and suggested I could potentially be considered for a role within that area instead.
This lack of clarity around the position made it difficult to understand exactly what opportunity was being discussed and gave the impression that the recruitment process was not fully aligned. Clearer communication regarding the role and hiring requirements would have improved the candidate experience.
