Series of three interviews. 1st interview with Recruiter, 2nd Interview with a 3-person panel of Claims Managers, and Final Interview with Regional Claims Manager. The interviewers were professional and answered all questions. Last part of process is to complete a web based assessment of real life call center experiences.
Declined job due to very poor benefits package. The salary was average and acceptable, but be warned, if you rely on good health insurance, the premiums are sky high for little coverage. I was disappointed to see how poor the benefits were.
