Phone interview with headhunter, then a call with head of talent, then a three-person interview, including the CMO and another two directors. Interview was approximately 45 minutes in total. They asked pretty high level questions about previous campaigns I've led, and wanted to hear about follow up data. Things were going well for the most part until it was my turn to ask questions. The NFF is a unique foundation and its relationship with the US Forest Service led me to ask about the internal culture in light of the current Administration's efforts to recreate the agency into something wholly profit-making and disregarding its conservation mission.
