Nassau Community College interview questions

45 minute interview with committee of 6+. All questions were global and pre-defined by the college. Committee was delightful and gracious. Allowed me to answer questions completely. Details of the position could have been offered more clearly. I left having more questions, than answers which hopefully will be discussed in the offer.

Very poor interview experience. They had me lined up with all the other interview candidates and called me into a hot room with no air conditioning during the summer. I felt like a number and got the impression that they did not value my background or experience. They also asked a number of inappropriate questions and told me I would have to work all sorts of odd hours. Not at all what I expected.Then they made me an offer for an entirely different position, that paid less and that I had no interest in.
