This company tries to sell themselves as amazing company to work for, but their hiring process is completely inefficient with inept hiring managers and HR. The whole interview process took 2-3 weeks, but it took them 2 whole months to make a decision following the interview. I followed up several times asking for an update, but they kept dragging their feet until I received an automated rejection message (didn’t even bother to call or send a personal email from recruiter with the feedback). They are disrespectful of candidate’s time and completely disorganised. It seems like they are dragging people along while they wait to see if anyone better applies. If they are so inefficient and disorganised in their selection process, it just shows what kind of company they are an it is not a company you would want to work for.
