Smooth thus far. Started with a screening call ~15 minutes long. Then had an interview with the head of the sector that was behavior and some technical. I rated it as difficult not because questions were calling for crazy analysis, but because question asking was very strategic and made me have to think outside of what I could have prepped for.

First Round with HR. Second Round with a Director of Corporate Solutions Third Round with a Senior Director of the given sector that you apply for. Fourth Round is a case assignment asking what are the key drivers for a stock's performance (you choose the Company)
