The interview was short, in-person, with the undergraduate office at my school. Just one round. The questions seemed less like assessing fit and more like informing me of the responsibilities of the job and me informing them of my availability.

For a student project in Robotics and the professors were keen to see if you are passionate about the field. A prior experience in such would also be helpful, but the professors were willing to help you learn as you go
brought my resume and shared past experiences in school with hiring manager. Following that also shared some of my interests and what I hoped to acheive from being a student assistant
