There will one interview by the section to see if you are fit for teaching the curriculum, have a 5 to 10min presentation to showcase your teaching ability. If successful, the next interview will be the formal one with the HR director, school director etc. To discuss if you are the right fit for the organisation and discuss a bit on benefits.

Question 1
One of the concerns was if I had school going children, as the school holidays are not the same with Pri/Sec vs Polys.
Straightforward 2-interview process. First was with the school’s manager and deputy director. For SIT, there was a topic to prepare slides and present. Once they accept you, the second interview was with a panel of senior management with the HR director.
There were 3 rounds of interview. First round with reporting officer, second round with director, third round with HR. Questions centred around motivation for applying and past experience. Interviewers were pleasant enough.
