Nalco Champion interview questions

Panel interview with section leader, manager and director. We discussed previous work history, areas of expertise, job expectations, interpersonal skills and conflict management. I was then given a lab tour and plant tour. Whole process took about three and a half hours.

Met with several levels across the business unit involved in the hiring process. Good overall experience. Professional questions, and open dialogue. Interviews were held over several days, not a panel or back to back.
