Interview
Firstly telephonic screening process and followed by onsite F2F interview.
Interview process start with Online Assessment test. This test contains basic English, Reasoning And Mathematical Aptitude related questions. Total time given 12 mins and there are 50 questions. You have to complete as many as you can. No negative marking. I enjoyed this part. After you pass through; rest will be 2 -3 rounds of Interview depending on area of expertise. People were cooperative and were very much transparent about the project i was supposed to work for.
Later in HR round, had salary related discussion. Post Interview i was informed that Position is on Hold.

They asked to define Architecture of small Embedded system.

2 round online and 2 round teams meeting and the interviewer asked very basic questions like delegate and events which were correct at architecture level but the interviewer was asking for coding structure and also have not worked on redis but still he wanted to know about redis only

Interview
Same process for hiring a fresher and experienced. You may feel awkward when interview ask you theoretical definitions of keywords or terms. I won't recommend it for senior role.
