In total, they interviewed me 3 times. The first time was with the program recruiter, the second was with a manager and the third was with another manager. The process took much longer than I anticipated (around 4 months) but may have been from some internal conflict,

They asked me about my previous experience, to talk about a time when I failed, and explain my approach to analyzing data. Very standard interview questions and nothing made to throw you off, very conversational.
