What I don't understand about the hiring procedure for Nagarro is the aptitude tests as well as the questions.
The questions related to Angular were from Angular 4. Which person would try to remember Angular 4 in 2022 when Angular 13 has been released.
Coding rounds are completely unrelated as well.
Also the aptitude round was absolutely unnecessary. Why would an experienced person who wants to go into a specific job role has to go through an aptitude round?
Absolutely ridiculous process for hiring.
