The interview process was well organized. I applied via Linked-In and was contacted by Danielle in Talent Acquisition for an initial 30 min interview. She did an excellent job describing Nacelle and provided additional information on the position, the Nacelle team, and culture. She remained my primary contact through the rest of the process, which consisted of 3 additional interviews with Finance, People Operations, and the VP of Customer Success. Each person I met was professional and friendly. I immediately knew I wanted to be part of team Nacelle. I received an offer within a few days after my final interview. Danielle personally called me to present the offer, and provided feedback from the interview panel. She also sent a "virtual offer letter" which highlighted total compensation including benefits. The process was terrific and communication was constant throughout.
