It is pretty nice and easy going. Questions like previous experience will be asked. Regional manager is easy going. He will ask you how would you drive up the sales.

Got a call for an interview, came in next day and was hired. It was incredibly easy.
But NOT a sales job as described
They do sales in “turns” so one person could get a huge sale and the next get nothing. It’s a joke. If you want to work actual SALES do not work here.
Took for ever, they offer you the moon but once you are in -you are treated by manager with disrespect,
Manager is very toxic,
Creating team work uncomfortable between each other.
