The process was extremely cold and distant. Working through a third-party Recruiter, the hiring panel gave me pages and pages of short answer essay style questions that they wanted me to write a short novel for for them to adjudicate before they even considered any type of in person contact. After I finished the first round, I was then asked to give another writing sample to which they would then scrutinize with just the words that I had put on paper instead of interviewing me face-to-face, as any other normal company would do. It’s very clear that the high-level executives within this organization are completely incompetent of social skills and any type of emotional intelligence. This interview process was a huge red flag and I pity any individual who takes a roll thinking that it’s gonna be a great organization to work for.
