I submitted the application online and received an interview invite after weeks. I met with the director of the program for the interview. The interview lasted for about 30-40 minutes. Generally they want to see if you are a responsible person who can do their job and whether you are a good team player to cooperate with other assistants.

Applied through email after hearing that a position was empty for one of the classes. To apply to this position, you must have taken that class with a grade above B+. You need a recommendation letter from a professor from that department as well.
