I applied through the school's career site, the Wasserman Center, and submited my resume and cover letter. Less than a week later, I was contacted through email to go in for an interview. The interview was at the office, and I met with both the assistant and the Director of the department. My first interview was 1:1 with the assistant and we talked about my interests, and experiences. Then, I met 1:1 with the Director, and spoke about the same things. I was offered the position on the spot.
