Smooth and fast. I had an interview with HR first then the nursing managers from the unit. I received an offer in less than a week after my references were submitted
Interview process was easy, important information were given and explained clearly. Interviewer was polite and informative. She made me comfortable and I was not nervous. Interviewer was smiling and make you feel welcome
