I had two interviews with HR and one interview with the site lead. Overall process took 3-4 weeks from the initial application. Organization was very responsive from the start. I accepted offer and have been working full time for 6+ months

Interview
It was very relaxed. They mostly wanted to get to know me and my interests in the position. It was over zoom with two women. They wanted to give me information about the position and the research team and allowed plenty of time for my questions.
It was a thorough interview process with multiple steps. Steps were not communicated properly and had to confirm a few times. Some data associate roles are mostly data entry so might need to confirm at the first interview.
