Only had a first-round interview with the recruiter. I applied, and a few days later, the recruiter reached out to do a general screening. After the interview, she said I was clearly qualified for the role. Nonetheless, I was ghosted after she said they would let me know either way.

Interview
Everyone who interviewed me was friendly and professional. The interview was over Zoom with the camera on, then in person. It lasted for about 30 minutes minimum, then one hour in person.
1. Initial Screening/Application Review:

Can involve multiple interviews with different members of the team, including managers, supervisors, and potential colleagues.
Focus:
Questions may explore specific experiences, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.
