Interview
The interview process can be quite rigorous, as it is a competitive program. However, if you approach the interview with a positive, can-do attitude and a creative mindset, you are more than likely to stand out. There are several other prospective fellows there, all from different backgrounds. Everyone is in the same boat as you, and your interviewers have most likely been through this program as well. Although it might seem like a lot of pressure, take a deep breath, take the time to speak with other interviewees, and pace yourself. My interview was a four hour process, but we had great fun in our classroom together.
I submitted an Application, was contacted for a phone interview, then scheduled an in-person teaching sample. The teaching sample was stressful, but it was nice to meet other applicants and they all cheered each other on.

Interview
The interview process was long but not difficult. A lot of the process seemed redundant and drawn out. You go in, get paired up with a group of other teaching fellow candidates and deliver your lesson plan to that group of people. Then, you get separated into another group, this is the group where your lesson plan delivery actually counts and you are assessed on it. You then get a lesson taught to you, you receive criticism on your lesson and have to reteach a portion of it. Easy but redundant.
