The interviewer called me and set up an interview. I got very excited and prepared. Then the day before the interview they emailed me that they were cancelling and didn't provide a reason why.

Interview
Very unprofessional. I have worked in banking for over 5 years and had a scheduled interview 48 hours after my phone screening, never received the application via email post phone screen, called at 10am on interview day to HR-went to voicemail, letted them know I have never received the application, get a call 2 hours before my interview and get told they have cancelled my interview and chose someone else and didn't want to waste my time... (calling me 2 hours before the interview time). Very unprofessional... I will never seek employment for this employer after this happened. No employer, especially a bank, should conduct a hiring process as such.
