NVT Staffing interview questions

The woman was so enthusiastic and helpful, so the process was amazing. Didn’t end up with the job, but thankful for the great experience. She recommended me a lot of other companies and even explained that the reason I ultimately wasn’t offered the job was due to an uptick in candidates applying with 3-5 years of experience (when the company normally looks at college graduates). Would recommend applying if you have several years under your belt and need a job in the current market!

More like an onboarding process. Spoke with the the head of property management on the phone. Had a brief screening where they asked about my previous experience. Was called in for the "interview" which consisted of me just filling out paperwork and learning more about the job. Was able to pick up shifts the next day.
