Interview
I was contacted by a regional manager and was asked to meet with the managing MD. I arrived 10 mins early and waited over an hour to be acknowledged. Once acknowledged, the staff moved me into an office where the doctor I was to meet with was eating lunch. He very rudely reprimanded his staff for bringing me into his office and proceeded to complain for 10 more mins. I excused myself - I knew immediately this was not this company for me.

Interview
Very thorough process. Had the opportunity to meet with the Director of Operations and physician owner. Both of them were very pleasant and welcoming. I found the processes to be both intriguing and insightful. The more I spoke with the Director of Operations and the physician owner, the more I realized that their values are perfectly in-line with my own.

Interview
I had two interviews, one week apart. Researching the company helped me a lot during the first interview. Very nice people with good ethics, but make sure you come in with strong answers!
