Interview
There are five technical rounds (including a screening round with the HR) and three managerial rounds to test your communication skills.
The screening round is with the HR to test how much do you know from what's in your resume. Once you clear that, the first technical round is with a Senior Solution Architect. I did not clear the first round.

Describe some open source LLM architectures such as Llama, Gemma or Mistral

Was asked many AI-related questions. It is clear NVIDIA has a focus on AI competency, even if you aren’t working within an AI-related role. Overall, a challenging interview. Passion is a must.
Interview with HM, then with SA team member. Interview with HM went well. Then I waited >1 month for the SA team member to come back from holidays. The day of that 2nd interview, the interviewer didn't show up and I contacted the recruiter. The interviewed joined 50 minutes late and had a 10 minute chat about the role, where he didn't ask me any questions. Result? Rejection.
