I met with their representative at a college career fair. After taking my resume, I was asked a simple technical question, then told they'd be in touch after the fair. A couple weeks later, I was contacted by e-mail to schedule a 45min phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked more technical questions. Afterward, they scheduled a second phone interview. The second interview consisted of similar technical questions (in fact, a couple were repeats), and after that interview, I was again contacted by email to schedule an onsite interview. They arranged a flight out and a hotel room for the night. Once I arrived at the building, there was a series of 6 interviews, each ~45 minutes, all largely consisting of technical questions. Everyone was happy to talk about the company and how much they liked working there. The questions were from a variety of areas: clock timing, pipelining, combinational logic, sequential pattern detection, Verilog code. They were fairly straightforward and the interviewers were willing to discuss the problem details. Unfortunately, they weren't able to offer me a job
