I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Did a phone interview with three different people over the course of two days. They asked very good questions relevant to the position. They did not ask any weird or misleading questions. Two days after the phone interview I was invited onsite to do an in-person interview with six different people. The vice president of the group was the only person who I felt was trying to trick me, and he was not very technical. Everyone else was proficient in their area and asked relevant and good questions (some of which I could not answer).

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Israel, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
A talk with two people. One of which was very professional and the other completely unprofessional. He decided to criticize my M.Sc. research as I presented it and claimed it was "useless" and "illogical". His manner of speaking was very demeaning and cancelling.
I wouldn't recommend.
After submitting my application, I was contact by a representative from HR to schedule an interview with two potential colleagues. They made a presentation of the company history, products and their work focus. We then proceeded to discuss areas of interest related to the job and my competencies. This went very well and i thoroughly enjoyed our discussion. After this interview the HR representative kept me updated on the stages of the recruitment process and my progression in a timely manner.
