Applied and got a phone screen. The interview was a little odd, I asked the recruiter for things I should be prepared for and they made it seem like it's going to be a "get to know the candidate conversation", so I prepared for standard questions like why this company etc. The odd part is the interviewer started asking really odd questions, I am an engineer with 3 years of work experience and they ask me what was the most challenging project at School, what am I supposed to answer ? Just absurd interview process with no rubric whatsoever. I got declined for a position that I well qualified for.
