Interview
The process started after I applied for the job online and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later. I had an initial phone interview with her and then she forwarded my resume to another Quality Engineer within the company for additional screening. Those initial phone interviews were successful on both ends and then I was scheduled to interview with the contractor company's Manager and two lead Senior Staff Engineers.

Question 1
All questions posed where in the format of STARS (Situation, Task, Action, Results). Where you provide a situation you encountered and you had to describe the task incurred, the action you took to resolve the issue/conflict and what were the results of the actions you implemented. The inteview was about 1 hour in length with three people on the Skype Interview without video. Each person asked similar questions, but I wasn't asked anything about the job scope much to be honest. I guess my resume spoke on that already. They just wanted to see how I was at handling adversity and accomplishing the goals of the company, in addition to my personality and leadership style. I got a offer via phone call from my recruiter about three to four days later and I accepted the offer on a contract that was not time based.

Interview
Got a call from a very professional Recruiter who works for the parent company. She went through my background asking very relevant questions. After that had an in-person interview with the quality manager and the recruiter. They were nice but not impressive on their interview skills. Only met my manager on my first day.
