Interview
I got a call from the hr team at NTG describing their interest of me based on a friend recommendation, i attended the first interview meeting with one of the TLs then another interview with a senior architect, then the last technical one with the CTO, and got hired after two days.

Question 1
The first interview with the TL was pretty easy Java basic questions [e.g. What's the difference between abstract class and interface,..] with a couple of questions related to design patterns, OOP concepts and web development tools [e.g. JSF, Primefaces,...].
The second interview with the senior architect was harder, the questions were all about testing my logic and way of thinking, and some algorithms.
The last interview with the CTO was an easy one all questions about the ability to relocate, my personal life, testing my attitude.
