NRJ Group interview questions

The interview process was very smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial screening call where I was asked about my background, skills, and motivation for applying. After that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager and part of the creative team. We discussed my previous projects, especially my work in audio production and digital content creation, and how my experience at NRJ Egypt could add value to the company. The final stage focused more on collaboration and creative problem-solving — they wanted to see how I approach new ideas and deadlines. Overall, the process felt professional, engaging, and gave me a clear picture of the team’s culture.
