I received a call to schedule an interview day, then received a confirmation email with the name of the interviewer. The day of the interview, the interviewer walked in the room carrying his laptop and as it turned out another interviewer was going to speak to me through video call using that laptop. The interviewer who spoke to me through the laptop did not even bother to turn on his camera which showed lack of respect and I wish it ended there. A third interviewer walked in a few minutes after the interview started and he seemed to be totally lost. He did not even skim through my CV and his English was pretty bad. The third interviewer started talking about his work to the other interviewer like I was not there and he threw in some politics in his conversation which I felt he was trying to get me to react his comments. He did not even stay until the end of the interview. The interview was done in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. I would recommend that everyone who is going to be interviewing with this company for a position, especially the process engineering department to lower their expectation. I think they had already decided to hire one of their cosines or nephews or maybe someone who knows them, which is more than common in Saudi Arabia. To sum it up, it was a circus.
