      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at NOV (Conroe, TX) in Mar 2014

      Interview

There was a brief phone interview where I talked with one of the recruiters, who from my experience, I would say was not on top of it communicating with anyone. I was then called in for a 1 on 1 where I was supposed to be interview by two upper level management but I guess they didn't communicate to each other either because i ended up being interview by one person. Then i was contacted by a hiring manager for a phone interview.
