super friendly management - interview was a very relaxed chat. I was shown the type of work the company is dealing with and example of projects currently under work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NORR (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
Very straight forward and informal over teams. Two directors in the interview and both were very friendly and interested when going through portfolio. Lasted around an hour and was offered a position shortly afterwards.
The interview process was well done. There were not copius interviews and were not overly lengthy and was coordinated well by HR. Turnaround time on each round was good and feedback was received along the way.
