Interview
There are multiple rounds with technical and HR teams. They have a written test to start with, following which a cut off is arrived at. Once the cut is cleared, there are in person few rounds of face to face interviews, post which the final one is the HR round

Interview
There was no interview process as the hiring was the result of an acquisition. To test the additions to the payroll system, NMS cut an extra check for the new employees. It was a very nice gesture and it was a great day for everyone. By the way, the paychecks at the time were monthly.
