Wasted whole day, NO proper process and dont care about person time. I don't why director is asking irrelevant questions. He is taking 4,5 employee in the interview room and no question just like a class and trying to convince to join the company nothing else.

They don't know how to deal with candidates, HR Ashish is highly unprofessional and overconfident while taking interviews. He has superiority complex. I will adhik higher management please check the interview process once in a while if HR is so rude and negative who don't give damn about other so how new people think positive about company
