NMG Group interview questions

Process roughly took 4 weeks, I worked with a recruiter, first interview was with HR. 2 more with future partners and another with the CEO (I don't think this is as common these days, just depends on his availability) and then psychometric testing (you'll need 3 hours to do this) which they use quite heavily to make the decision

The first interview was with 2 directors, the second with hiring manager. I was told I would get an answer and got completely ghosted. Even followed up and never received a response. Very unprofessional.
