Interview
Simple. There was a quick review of my cv and I was asked to describe my approach to various projects, the highlights, the challenges and how the challenges were overcome. How success was measured and what were my personal achievements. We discussed proof points, they gave an outline of position and after some discussion an offer was made on the spot.
