Used star format, be prepared. They were new to the company and didn’t have much experience. I decided not to work there. I wouldn’t drive to work everyday for them.

There was an initial call and then I got to a second round video call with two other team members. Everyone was really friendly until the communication stopped and I didn’t not get a response back from the initial person I spoke with with any updates or next steps.
