The application process was a joke.
1. Recruiter stage.
I was reached out by a recruiter and received a link to a role that did not work (not allowed to open from the EU). I asked for a job description later on but never received it.
They pushed for a quick interview scheduling (positive).
2. The first interview was a surprise because it was not with a recruiter, but with a global supervisor - impossible to know that before because there is no event sent to you, just a zoom link. Interview easy, but way too much info in just 30min (we went through 30 slides of a company presentation), little questions to me.
3. Next interview was with HR and rescheduled twice, then shortened from 60min to 30min before it started. Also, the interviewer was... driving a car during the interview. I had to scream the answers over the traffic and repeat because she was not listening. I was so done with the company at that point, that I asked directly about a salary range. First, she answered that I can give a range I am interested in and she will say 'yes/no'. After I did that, she changed her mind and said that it was too early in the process to let me know.
Right after the interview, I have withdrawn my application.
I am writing this review only because I already spent 3hrs on interviews and research, so at least it can bring some value to others.
Good luck to anyone who is reached out by them :D
