Interview
Several phone interviews followed by an interview in their office. Interview included a tour and follow-up conversation with other leaders by phone. The interview was 5 people all in one room asking questions like a round robin. Only took 1.5 hours, another hour for lunch / tour. They give you access to their employee shop (with discount) while you are there!

They asked about the challenges of planning seasonal product, and how I consider those challenges in my current role.
Interviewers are line-manager and/or senior demand planner, they are nice and professional, common technical and analytical questions, usually wrapped inside business scenarios, plus a few questions testing your consumer insight

you are going to have to separate interviews. You will always be interviewed by two people. The first interview is usually with the hiring manager + one. The second one is usually about the business case and involved two different interviewers

Interview
Panel interview + Online submission. I knew the hiring manager already and worked through her to get my resume to the top of the pile. Once notified I had an interview, it was in-person on the Nike campus.
